TIM is a misleading acronym for the Tiki Instance Manager

The name is confusing because it is actually custom-built for the specific needs of the ((dev:show.tiki.org)) project, and it relies on [http://doc.tiki.org/Console]. There are no current plans to expand it into a general-purpose tool
