    I've removed the perm. for anonymous users to post comments on wiki pages, to prevent spam which was comeing to doc.tw.o...

    Features was the first (afaik) to get spam... I've just removed the spammer comment.

    I guess that this can be set back to allow anonymous comments when some kind of captcha feature is enabled at comments (afaik, not available in 1.9.7, but it is on 1.10..., isn't it?)

    It exists for wiki page comments in 1.9.8. Not sure about forum posts...
