    Following the new perms. system (and maybe philosophy?, which I like more) on doc.tw.o, I've changed some entries in main menu (43), allowing anonymous to read "Author Resources" section, and "Welcome Authors" entry inside (plus editorial borad which was already there like this).

    Then, the rest of entries, are viewable for plain registered users, and not just for developers.

    And I've added a new entry: "Author Coffeshop (forum)", for registered users (I missed that kind of link for ages...)
