History: Installing Tiki in a sub-directory

The ideal situation is to install your Tiki instance to serve the root of a domain or sub-domain
* example.org/tiki-index.php
* wiki.example.org/tiki-index.php

Installing in a sub-directory like this
* example.org/wiki/tiki-index.php
